Due to the nature of digital services, development work, consulting, branding, and custom solutions, all payments made to SalactSol are generally considered non-refundable once work has started.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that project resources, time allocation, planning, strategy, and development efforts begin immediately after confirmation.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

  • Failure to initiate the project within the agreed timeframe.
  • Duplicate payments made accidentally by the client.
  • Technical billing errors caused by our payment systems.
  • Service purchased but project work has not yet started.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation.
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or missing materials.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective design preferences after approvals.
  • Completed milestones, delivered files, or partially completed work.
  • Custom development, software engineering, branding, SEO, or consulting services already performed.
  • Third-party costs including domains, hosting, plugins, APIs, advertising spend, or licenses.

4. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation at any time. However, all completed work, allocated resources, consultation hours, and project management costs up to the cancellation date will remain chargeable.

Any refundable amount, if approved, will be calculated after deducting completed work and operational expenses.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

Instead of refunds, SalactSol prioritizes collaboration and revision support to ensure client satisfaction. Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns so our team can provide adjustments within the agreed scope.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting SalactSol may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services.
  • Removal of hosted resources or deliverables.
  • Legal recovery actions where applicable.
  • Permanent restriction from future services.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider, banking institution, or gateway processing timelines.
